early greetingx.. - Wednesday, December 31, 2008 6:16 PM WOHOO!! countdown..countdown.. i don't think i'm going to sleep at all today ^^, hmmm although turns out i'm not going anywhere this year i'm just going to be stuck at home..oh well..but the good part bout being stuck here is surprises 1. yesterday my dear dinie came here for a jog with fai i'm happy that we took pictures together finally!!... 2.Today he's here AGAIN and this time is unexpectedly didn't know he would come again heee ^^ a best new year to remember..then we took pictures together again..and he gave me a card i dunno wat written inside he said i have to open it when the clock strikes 12 exactly omg m too excited for this!! i wonder what inside.....  this picture was taken yesterday.. i did the cooking today as there was no one home except us cuzzie.. then i spend most of my time online watching anime on youtube...watching vampire knight guilty the last episode...thank you rido sama is dead.....  
and soon after that i watched back the old paradise kiss i don't know what i like so much about it...the fashions maybe?? .... and plz  i love the character MIWAKO!!...
chocolate mousse part 2 - Tuesday, December 30, 2008 1:33 PM chocolate mousse part 2.. back to square one trying again chocolate mousse drink but this time the ingredients completed yeay!!! hahah btw here the recipe ... for my bestie ika..(enjoy babe) ingredients : 45g(1 half oz) plain flour 225g(8oz) caster sugar 75g(3oz) cocoa powder 750ml(i half pt) milk 45g(1 half oz) unsalted butter,cubed 625ml double cream steps 1.Mix together flour,caster sugar and cocoa powder. Gradually blend in the milk until smooth. 2.Pour into a small pan and heat gently, stirring constantly until thinkened.Stir in butter.Remove from the heat, cover and leave to cool. 3.Whip three quarters of cream until softly peaking and fold into the chocolate mixture.Spoon into tall serving glasses and chill for 2 hrs.Whip the remaining cream until softly peaking and spoon over the mousse. we did this again and as i'm typing now the chocolate mousse cooling in the fridge i wonder...hmmm i bet it's going to taste better than the last time cuz the ingredients are all here =) hehe..going to post more later & i'll show you the picture of the mousse when it's done later on though *random* - Saturday, December 27, 2008 12:56 PM ..random thoughts.. would you give someone your trust fully 100%?? no i never believed that i did put my trust once fully..it end up badly and unexpected eversince that time on.. i never did gave anyone my trust fully.. yes i trust my best friends & family yet sometimes i'm scared when trust turns to betrayal.. sometimes people get hurt without realizing what they done wrong even if they don't mean it..it's funny when people called it the 3rd party or the 2nd party...one story different after the other..one trust turns betrayal..i've experience this within the family sometimes within my friends..but who right?? we can never know only god does..to see the positive side is the best thing to solve all the problems..but being negativity is what people think most of the time like the problems pile up.... i remember my friend use to say this all the time to solve problems in life .."life is simple the only one making it complicated is you" i do agree a lil bit on that fact..life nowadays i can see it gets complicated... one small change changes a million things in life...do you agree? each choice each step changes a million thing.. i don't understand where this thought came from maybe because of what happened today made me think alot more than usual...i'm still trying to understand why do we lose? and why do we found? why are we happy? and somethimes why are we sad? and sometimes there are questions left unanswered...to solve problem ,to find problem, what do we held a grudge on that and why? i'm wondering too much then that night Ika came..with her little surprise of apple crumble nyaman!! hehe i love it babe hehe..and yes i remember the jugujugujugu (helicopter) to you know who u did that haha...funny but cute kan??yeah..so here the apple crumble...i mange to took the pic in perfect view  awkward+surprise - Friday, December 26, 2008 9:40 PM today well i went to giant with my grandparents thought of buying some groceries for the house..turns out change of plan we didn't stay there long because they were alot of people..so we left then headed to one of our relatives house which was not far from giant and we stayed there for a while..i dress so plainly haha..simple.. so we decided to go back home...then as just we arrived my mom,auntie,my cuzzie,barry & my dear dinie standing outside the house..turns out they plan to hangout at the mall.. and yes i got out of the car then joined them...=)...we used dinie car to get to the mall and auntie winnie driving..haha it was fun yet awkward moment for us..hahah...pity dinie being bullied and all...hahah and to dinie : i'm sorry i laugh at the jokes they made it's too funny.....*lol*.. and i still remember this one..about the car "being heavy"... *auntie winnie* - dinie how would you know if the car heavy?? eh dinie cuba angkat the krita.. haha and well i can't remember the rest of the jokes too much...were all so hungry so went to the food court and ate..then to the arcade... barry played DDR with sara.. stomp..stomp..stomp sara played that way so ganas with her converse shoes hehe.. soon we had no idea where we wanted to go next.. juz browsing around the mall.. "betawaf" as fai said..mall too boring already for me.. because i've been there yesterday fully window shopping ... love the dresses in iTops.. lastly before we left .. the "3 dudes" meet up with IKA!! at jolibee but i didn't join them.. but later on we gave her a lift to her sis car..to ika : i really miss u babe.. AGAIN!! hehe hmmm i've been counting and it's like i met u 3x hehe.. and on the way home sang a few tunes...then came out jason mraz song AGAIN - i'm yours haha sing it out loud with barry,, now i'm blogging and do the usual reply comments ,listening to songs...this is me..hmm i g2g now =) What's cooking??? - Wednesday, December 24, 2008 12:40 PM today , i did some cooking i browse through the recipe book well i decided to go and try chinese and i did...so i i decided to cook some prawn...namely thai garlic prawn [ This is the funny part in making the chocolate mousse.. firstly we needed fresh milk but we've run out of milk so do you wanna know what we did?? *sara* - hmmm why don't we just use condense milk and add with water? *fie* - uhhh nyman kan tu? *sara* - cuba sja.... *fie* - mmm ok so yeah and sara did it... then fai came into the kitchen *fai* - what are you guys doing kan? *sara* - chocolate mousse.. *fai* - *in a disgusted face* apa kan tu?? *points at the milk+water that sara doing* *sara* - habis fresh milk waaa so we try this..its still milk *fai* - hahah if me i would go kadai skajap and buy the milk rather than doing that..haha we ignored that comment and continued doing it..hahah then we run out of unsalted butter that is needed for the mousse so we tried only with normal butter so mix-mix-mix all the ingredients we needed namely cocoa,butter,sugar,flour,milk,haha... lastly putting it in the frying pan till it thickens.. stirr..stirr..stirr...and WOW!! CHOCOLATELY RESULT!! AND THE TASTE WASN'T THAT BAD IT WAS YUMMY!! hahha pure luck for us whose running out of ingredients...and making one ourself..hahahaha!! yeah post more later.. right now i'm drinking the cholate mousse..too bad run out of cream and ice cream haha it will be much yummier i think..ppfftss heheh (^-^) and i'm still searching that buttermilk recipe cook books are alot here haha..oh well everyday new taste!! i love it...hmm maybe i should go something spicy tomorrow!! im so in love!!! - Monday, December 22, 2008 9:43 PM yes...somehow i'm falling in love again..its was hard to forget my past...but when he came along it was a surprise that the feelings for the past gone..i'm happy with him much more happier than before.. and yes he goes to the same school with me..but i'm really going to miss him next year..as i'm going to form 6.. i love you!! so much!!

THE VIOLIN NOW IS REPAIRED AND ITS ALLLIIVVEEE!!!
